VOLUNTEER
At this time, our volunteer slots are filled, but we are accepting applications to be added to the volunteer waitlist. If you would like to be added to the volunteer waitlist, please click this link and complete the Volunteer Questionnaire. Please do NOT register for the conference as a volunteer until you have received confirmation that you have been accepted as a volunteer.

• Volunteers are expected to be IDRS members if they are double reed players. See https://www.idrs.org/join/ for more info. (Students may be interested in the $35 digital IDRS membership.)
• Volunteers will work 4 hours per day at the conference. Volunteers will receive free conference registration. Note that this applies only to conference registration fees, not to housing, meals, etc.
• Volunteers will also receive a free t-shirt.
• Volunteers must be available from Monday, June 9 through Saturday, June 14.
• There will be a mandatory meeting for all volunteers on Monday, June 9 from 5-7pm. There may also be a zoom meeting in advance, time and date TBD.
• Selected volunteers will be notified by February 10. (Note that Early Bird Registration rates end on Feb 15; standard rates begin on Feb 16.)
• Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
