The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is voted Best Airport in North America by Airports Council International and Best Airport in America by readers of Condé Nast Traveler, year after year. It is serviced by all major US-based airlines with non-stop service to ca. 50 destinations. The drive from the airport to downtown is usually 15-20 minutes and ca. 30 minutes to Butler. Rental cars, taxi/rideshare, or hotel shuttles (if available) are usually the best option for ground transportation from the airport.
