Tatiana Kotcherguina began her studies in Moscow. Ms. Kotcherguina worked as Principal Violist for both the Moscow Chamber Orchestra and the Moscow Experimental Opera Theater. Later Tatiana resided in Mexico where she was a member of Quarteto de Solistas (UAC), String Quartet “DUX”, and Associate Principal Violist of the Symphony Orchestra OSUANL. When she came to the United States, Ms. Kotcherguina served as Principal Viola with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra and Mississippi Opera in Jackson, MS. Currently she is on faculty at University of Central Arkansas, and among her other teaching positions in Arkansas are the music school Rhythm88 in West Little Rock, the School for the Blind, and UALR. Ms. Kotcherguina has recurring appearances in several festivals: CICA International Music Festival in Eureka Springs, AR; Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp (Blue Lake, MI;) Sergey Taneev Festival (Dutkovo, Moscow, Russia;) and Jornadas Internacionales in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
