Beth Outland is a connector, creative thinker, and longtime champion for community engagement in Indianapolis. As Vice President of Leadership Indianapolis, she draws on more than 30 years of experience designing programs that inspire personal growth, civic leadership, and cross-sector collaboration.
Prior to joining Leadership Indianapolis, Beth served in several leadership roles at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where she developed nationally recognized education and engagement initiatives. She is also a Senior Consultant with The Catalyst Effect and an alum of the Stanley K. Lacy Leadership Program (Class XXVIII). A two-time Creative Renewal Fellow and member of ComedySportz Indianapolis, Beth brings humor, heart, and a deep belief in the power of the arts to everything she does.
