The World Begins Today: Two New Works for Oboe and English horn

In his post-residency period of his DMA at Yale, Will Stevens began a commissioning project of new works for oboe/English horn as a part of his dissertation. In this recital, he will premiere three pieces that were commissioned on behalf of this project. All three composers, Zihan Wu, Lily Koslow, and Benjamin Webster, are colleagues from Yale.
