The deadline to submit proposals to perform or present at IDRS2025 has now passed.

We thank the many of you have submitted proposals! The Conference Artistic Committee looks forward to reviewing your proposals and putting together a great conference program!! (We have received far more proposals than we have room for, so sadly many excellent proposals will not be able to be accepted.) Please note that the proposal submission process is managed by IDRS who is responsible for maintaining information submitted via the form. The IDRS2025 conference hosts – Butler University, Pam Ajango, and Doug Spaniol – are not responsible for the proposal submission process nor information submitted. If you have any questions or concerns related to the proposal submission process, please email hosts Pam Ajango (oboe) or Doug Spaniol (bassoon) at idrs2025@butler.edu and we will forward your message to the appropriate people at IDRS.
