On-Campus

Guests can choose to stay on campus in Fairview House, a state-of-the-art residence hall directly across from the concert halls. Note that Fairview house is a suite-style residence hall.  A suite, referred to as a “pod,” houses groups of 6 or 8 guests in double bedrooms or 3-4 guests in single rooms. Guests share a bathroom with 1-3 other people and all suites have a shared common space and kitchenette. Fairview House features include:

• Welcome Desk and Entry Lounge with Office for Residence Life staff
• Recreation and Gaming Lounge with balcony overlooking courtyard
• Media Lounge and Social Space with video display walls and fireside casual seating
• Business Center with print stations and private study space
• Cardio Fitness Room with modern equipment and workout/yoga space
• Laundry Centers on three floors

Guests can book accommodations in Fairview House using the conference registration form.

Single bedrooms are $100 per night. Shared bedrooms (two people) are $65 per night per person. There is a one-time charge of $35 per person for a linen set. Remember that all bedrooms are part of a suite and guests in that suite will share bathrooms, a living space, and a kitchenette.

Guests staying at Fairview House will have the opportunity to purchase meals in the on-campus dining facility and will receive a card allowing them to park in Butler’s parking garage with in-and-out privileges throughout their stay.
